1.    Prosedur membuat dokumen daru

a.     Melalui office  button

·        Klik office botton

·        Klik new

·        Padsa kotak dialog newdocument yang muncul,pilih document yang di inginkan yaitu dokumen kosong  atau blank document.

2.     Prosedur menyimpan dokumen baru

a.     Melalui office botton

·        Klik office botton

·        Klik save

b.    Melalui keyboard

·        Tekan tombol control dan S (CTRL+S)

3.    Prosedur menutup dokumen

a.     Melalui office botton

·        Klik office botton>close

b.    Melalui keyuboard

·        Tekan tombol Alt +F4

4.    Prosedur membuka file dokumen

a.     Melalui office botton

·        Klik tombol office botton>open

b.    Melalui keyboard

·        Tekan tombol control dan O (ctrl+o)
